About the Role:

The Customer Service Associate position plays a crucial role in building strong relationships with customers and retail partners selling David Donahue products. This role involves entering and organizing wholesale customer orders, processing changes as needed, and responding to eCommerce customer inquiries via phone and email. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to product availability, order status, and website experience
  • Manage customer data entry, purchase orders, fulfillment, order tracking, and return processing
  • Oversee and approve customer returns, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of return guidelines
  • Implement strong critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and due diligence to problem-solve
  • Liaise with Production & Sales Team for seasonal sample receiving & shipping
  • Work as a resource to Sales Team for up-to-date information on product availability and sales order shipping updates
  • Assist in various tasks to ensure the efficiency of daily functions within the warehouse
  • Act as a subject matter expert for all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Fashion Merchandising degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Possesses a professional demeanor and sense of urgency to handle day-to-day tasks
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and a curiosity to acquire further knowledge and skill sets within a wholesale environment
  • Ability to work onsite in Secaucus, New Jersey

What We Offer:

Position Salary: $50-60k
