SUPERVISORY STRUCTURE:
Reports to a designated Supervisor.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
Engages collaboratively with colleagues to design and execute effective educational programs and deliver tailored services to students.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops and implements educational programs.
- Cultivates a learning environment that promotes student engagement.
- Utilizes instructional management systems to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Tracks student progress towards achieving educational goals.
- Maintains effective communication with the educational community and parents.
- Meets all professional obligations.
- Demonstrates proficiency in the application of technology standards.
- Delivers curricula mandated by the school district.
- Aligns instruction with the adopted curricula.
- Exhibits current knowledge in the subject area.
- Employs diverse instructional strategies to boost student achievement.
- Utilizes content scope and sequence in lesson planning.
- Creates a supportive learning atmosphere aligned with the school’s mission.
- Adheres to established discipline protocols.
- Implements procedures and guidelines that facilitate learning.
- Encourages student attendance and participation.
- Sets high expectations for student performance.
- Recognizes and celebrates individual student achievements and positive behavior.
- Establishes and maintains an environment conducive to learning, accommodating diverse learning needs.
- Communicates with parents, providing constructive feedback on student performance.
- Organizes instructional strategies to maximize learning time.
- Prepares and executes lesson plans aligned with educational objectives.
- Follows grading policies and maintains accurate student records.
- Respects confidentiality regarding students, parents, and colleagues.
- Complies with all relevant laws, policies, and regulations.
- Completes assigned duties punctually and accurately.

Possession of a valid Ohio teaching certificate or license issued by the Ohio Department of Education, covering the relevant grade level and subject matter for this position, along with any necessary endorsements.
