POSITION SUMMARY:

This role is designed for a dedicated professional who will provide specialized educational support across various locations. The Mobile Educational Support Specialist will be instrumental in fostering a positive learning environment tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.

COLLABORATIVE RELATIONSHIPS:

The Mobile Educational Support Specialist will work closely with colleagues to design and implement effective educational programs and deliver tailored services to students.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Implement comprehensive educational programs that align with district standards.
  • Create a supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes learning.
  • Utilize instructional management systems to enhance student engagement and achievement.
  • Monitor and assess student progress towards educational goals.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents and the educational community.
  • Adhere to professional responsibilities and standards.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in technology integration within the curriculum.
  • Provide curriculum materials as mandated by the district.
  • Employ diverse instructional strategies to boost student performance.
  • Plan lessons that align with the established curriculum and educational objectives.
  • Encourage student attendance and set high expectations for performance.
  • Foster an inclusive environment that accommodates individual learning differences.
  • Organize teaching methods to maximize instructional time.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow grading policies.
  • Ensure confidentiality regarding student and staff information.
  • Comply with all relevant laws, policies, and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

A valid teaching certificate or license issued by the Ohio Department of Education is required, covering the relevant grade levels and subject areas for this position. Proper endorsements must also be obtained.
