Job Title: Assistant Banking Center Manager

Seacoast Bank is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Banking Center Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional leadership and guidance to our banking center staff, ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of banking center staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with the Banking Center Manager to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives that align with the bank's overall vision and mission.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers receive a positive and personalized experience at all times.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, community leaders, and business partners, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or 5+ years of experience in retail sales and/or financial services preferred.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.
