Required Qualifications:

  • Unrestricted medical licensure in the applicable state or ability to obtain prior to employment
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment
