We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Hartford HealthCare Medical Group Specialists. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our physicians and staff to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in a variety of clinical settings, including medical/surgical offices and other healthcare facilities.
- Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate human responses to actual or potential health problems utilizing appropriate practices, standards, protocols, and guidelines.
- Work under the direction of a provider to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Current Connecticut RN License required.
- Previous experience in a medical/surgical office setting preferred.
- Experience with medical software and electronic health records.
