In Summary:

The Federation of American Scientists is seeking a visionary Director of Government Affairs to spearhead the development and execution of strategic initiatives across government branches. This role will collaborate with various teams to enhance impact in critical policy areas such as Emerging Technology, Science Policy, Climate Change, and Government Efficiency.

The successful candidate will champion evidence-based, bipartisan policy priorities and play a vital role in advocacy and education efforts. This position will also involve guiding FAS staff in building essential skills for effective policy engagement.

Work Environment:

This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for both remote and in-office collaboration.
