Job Summary
At American Savings Bank, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our Call Center team as a Customer Service Representative. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers regarding bank products and services.
- Identify opportunities to deepen customer relationships by recommending relevant banking products and services.
- Collaborate with other bank representatives to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Comply with all banking laws and regulations, including anti-money laundering and suspicious activity monitoring and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Proficient in the use of personal computers and software applications, including word processing and spreadsheet programs.
- Basic mathematical skills and ability to perform calculations accurately.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
