Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our service department at Peter Boulware Toyota of Columbia as a Service Clerical Admin. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with scheduling service appointments, ensuring accurate communication and meeting deadlines.
- Manage and organize paperwork, files, and documents efficiently, maintaining confidentiality and security standards.
- Coordinate with service technicians and parts department to facilitate seamless vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
- Show attention to detail and strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Possess proficiency in MS Office and data entry, with a willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
- Have prior experience in an administrative or clerical role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Show ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
