Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to join our team at Cornerstone Concilium, Inc. This role will serve as a strategic interface between IT and public transportation business units, aligning technology initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning and technology roadmap development
  • Drawing upon industry knowledge of transportation management software systems, ERP, CRM, GPS tracking, asset management, and passenger information systems
  • Collaborating with business leaders and IT teams to identify technology solutions that address operational challenges and improve service delivery
  • Developing and implementing IT systems for passenger information, fare collection, scheduling tools, and fleet management
  • Ensuring scalability and compliance with regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or ITIL certification preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in IT business relationship management, business analysis, or IT project management, ideally within the public transportation industry or a related field
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and strategic planning skills

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year (hybrid possible: 40% remote - 60% on-site)
