Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Rare Disease Relationship Manager to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with key patient organizations, including local chapters of the National Hemophilia Foundation and Hemophilia Federation of America chapters.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in hemophilia care, treatment or advocacy, business to business or pharmaceutical sales experience, marketing or clinical experience. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a scientific degree is preferred.

About the Role

As a Senior Rare Disease Relationship Manager, you will represent Novo Nordisk to the Hemophilia patient community and patient organizations. You will serve as the center of coordination for patient-related activities across the patient community and the broader Novo Nordisk organization.

  • Develop direct relationships with patients/caregivers and other hemophilia community members.
  • Execute patient and caregiver educational meetings about hemophilia and Novo Nordisk products and services.
  • Promote Novo Nordisk hemophilia products and services to patients and caregivers within the hemophilia community.
  • Coordinate with other Rare Blood Community Liaisons to prepare internal communications to the BioPharm team.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience required.
  • Relevant experience may include hemophilia care, treatment or advocacy, business to business or pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Marketing or clinical experience preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree required, scientific degree preferred.
What We Offer

Base compensation range: $80,670 to $141,170.

Eligible for a company bonus based on individual and company performance.

Long-term incentive compensation and company vehicles depending on the position's level.
