Personal Financial Management (PFM)
Goldman Sachs Personal Financial Management (GS PFM) specializes in creating personalized wealth management plans for affluent individuals and families. We give clients clarity, confidence, and control over their financial decisions. Our dedicated team of advisors develops and implements tailored plans that align with each client's values and life goals.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships under the direction of the Managing Director (MD), Wealth Manager (WM), or Wealth Advisor (WA).
- Ensure a consistent positive client experience, working with the team to complete commitments in a timely manner.
- Proactively manage client relationships, escalating potential issues to Managing Directors or Wealth Advisors as needed.
- Document client interactions, meeting notes, and action items in Salesforce.
- Provide recommendations and feedback relative to client financial plans during Client Case Prep meetings.
- Develop and maintain suitability documentation for clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for operations/account maintenance-related client interactions, responding promptly to client questions and concerns.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing firm clients to ensure client satisfaction.
Professional Growth and Development
- Contribute thoughts and feedback on operational procedures for servicing clients, recommending increased efficiency within current processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in client service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the financial industry.

- Demonstrate analytical ability, good judgment, problem-solving, responsibility, personal integrity, and confidentiality.
- Be a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, positive professional attitude, and demeanor.
- Exercise judgment, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with executives and levels of management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and Google Apps.
- Experience in Salesforce highly desired.
- Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently, effectively, and independently to see projects through to conclusion.
- Strong time management, organizational skills, and prioritization abilities.
