This role provides vital support to our patients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and hygiene needs are met under the guidance of a registered nurse. You will have the opportunity to conduct educational groups and assist with symptom management.

To be successful in this position, you must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a high level of accuracy. You should also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly. Our ideal candidate has experience working in healthcare, preferably in crisis intervention programs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide patient care and support under the supervision of a registered nurse.
  • Conduct psycho-educational groups and assist with symptom management.
  • Ensure patient hygiene, comfort, and safety needs are met.

**Requirements:**

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • BLS and CPI certifications within 30 days of hire and maintained throughout employment.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a clinical assistant or patient care technician.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $35,000 - $45,000 per year.
