Salary Range:$45,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Summary:
This role provides personalized support to patients of all ages, ensuring their hygiene, comfort, and safety needs are met under the supervision of a registered nurse. You may also lead psycho-educational and symptom management groups to empower patients towards healthier living.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
• Conduct educational sessions and workshops to promote patient well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, demonstrating attention to detail and organizational skills.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; patient care tech training or equivalent preferred.
• Six months' experience as a clinical assistant or patient care technician.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certifications within 30 days of hire.
• Proven ability to work calmly under pressure, make sound judgments, and intervene effectively in crisis situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and excellent communication skills.
