Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Psychiatric RN to provide clinical expertise and compassionate support to our patients. The successful candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric nursing and excellent communication skills. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Assess physical and behavioral needs of patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and educating patients and families about health conditions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient medical records and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or higher required; current/valid State of Ohio RN license required
  • Minimum one year of experience in psychiatric nursing, preferably in adult and geriatric populations
  • CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification training required
