Feeding Therapy Clinical Lead

Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled feeding therapist to lead our team in providing evaluation and treatment of feeding skills for infants. As the clinical lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of pre-feeding activities, bottle and breastfeeding initiation, and oral feeding programs for tube-fed infants. This role requires strong leadership and collaboration skills to support best practices and functional operations of the team.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team in developing and implementing feeding therapy programs
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure effective team operations and workflow
  • Provide training and supervision to staff members on feeding therapy techniques
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical discipline (Physical, Occupational or Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Experience in pediatric therapy settings preferred

Salary Range: $104,797 - $157,195 per year
