  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans
  • Conduct feeding evaluations and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Provide feeding therapy
  • Deliver targeted, evidence-based speech therapy to a diverse caseload, which may include patients with challenging behaviors
  • Complete referrals for additional services as necessary
  • Collect data and regularly monitor progress
  • Provide supportive parent counseling and training
  • Collaborate effectively with patients' clinical teams, including ICAN providers, school personnel and other agencies to ensure generalization of skills
We believe in providing a competitive compensation package that reflects the value of your contributions. The estimated salary for this role is **$80,000 - $110,000 per year**, depending on experience and qualifications. **Required Skills and Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program, a current Washington State Speech Language Pathologist license, and ASHA certification. Additionally, we require at least 2 years of experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum and experience with evaluating and treating children with various feeding disorders.
