Position Summary: We are seeking a clinical leader for pediatric feeding therapies to join our team at Seattle Children's. As the clinical lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of feeding therapy programs for infants, ensuring best practices and functional operations of the team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement feeding therapy programs for infants
  • Collaborate with managers to ensure effective team operations and workflow
  • Provide training and supervision to staff members on feeding therapy techniques
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech-Language Pathology
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical discipline (Physical, Occupational or Speech-Language Pathology)
  • Experience in pediatric therapy settings preferred
