Job Summary

\

We are seeking a highly skilled clinician to lead our Infant Therapy team in the area of pediatric feeding therapy. The successful candidate will have a strong background in assessing and treating infants with feeding disorders, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Provide expert assessment and treatment of infants 0-12 months with feeding disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices and staying up-to-date with current research and advancements in the field.\
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child, incorporating parent and family-centered approaches whenever possible.\
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordinated services for patients and families.\
  • Contribute to the development and evaluation of new programs, protocols, and procedures to enhance patient outcomes and service delivery.\

Requirements

\
  • \
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy, or related field.\
  • Current licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in Washington State.\
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pediatric therapy, preferably in a hospital-based setting.\
  • Experience working with infants and toddlers with feeding disorders, including those requiring tube feeding.\
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including parents, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams.\

Compensation Range

\

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $104,797 - $157,195, depending on experience.
