About the Opportunity

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. As a key member of our rehabilitation program, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to help individuals achieve their full potential.

Our hospital is committed to providing exceptional care through innovative treatments and therapies. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patient populations, including those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Implement and evaluate occupational therapy interventions, collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records, including QI scoring and patient progress reports.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
Requirements
  • A current license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of employment.
  • Previous experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a rehabilitation setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification is also required.
