Strategic Employee Relations Business Partner

TalentBurst is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Employee Relations Business Partner to join our team in Santa Clara, CA. This 12+ month assignment requires an individual with expertise in employee relations, investigations, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance to leaders on sensitive employee relations matters, including performance management, misconduct, and interpersonal conflicts.
- Conduct complex investigations into employment matters, collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners.
- Drive workforce change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and risk mitigation.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed recommendations to leadership.
- Support internal projects as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A minimum of five years of employee relations experience, preferably in an HRBP or advisory role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong emotional intelligence, and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
- Experience conducting investigations and advising on sensitive employee relations issues, including performance management and behavioral/conduct issues.
- Demonstrated change management experience, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for using data insights to drive business impact.
- Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, and ER best practices.
Compensation:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
