About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Branch Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a Branch Operations Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branches and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process and approve teller transactions, ensuring that all transactions are completed in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Operational Activities: Complete operational activities, such as reconciliations and audits, to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
- Team Support: Provide support to the branch team, including scheduling and operational tasks, to ensure the smooth operation of the branch.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve issues related to daily operations of the teller line, under the direction of regional banking management.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, employees, and management to ensure that all issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- Customer Service Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Operational Skills: Ability to accurately process and approve teller transactions, complete operational activities, and provide support to the branch team.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, employees, and management.
