Job SummaryAs a Quality Assurance Specialist at Manufacturing Facility, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of products throughout the manufacturing process. Your duties will include conducting part audits, inspecting products, and maintaining quality reports and documentation.Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct part audits and inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Interface with Operations to ensure production meets approved data.
  • Support the Production Supervisor to ensure products and processes comply with quality management system requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain quality reports and documentation.
  • Assist in improving quality receiving, in-process, and final inspection processes and procedures.
  • Ensure timely detection of operator failure, part compliance, and preventive actions.
  • Maintain product containment logs and areas.
  • Ability to read drawings, including GD&T.
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and results-oriented.
  • Computer skills and ability to learn.
  • Ability to read, understand, and write English.
