Radiology Imaging Specialist

As a Radiology Technologist at McLaren USA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality imaging services to patients. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and maintain various imaging equipment, including X-Ray machines, to capture accurate images for diagnostic purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clear instructions and explanations to patients to ensure their comfort and confidence during imaging procedures.
• Position patients and use radiologic equipment to capture high-quality images as requested by physicians.
• Perform imaging exams accurately and efficiently, following established policies and procedures.
• Maintain radiation safety and quality assurance processes to minimize exposure to patients, staff, and self.
• Complete required documentation, logs, and records in both paper and electronic formats.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduation from an AMA-approved school of radiology technology.
• Certification in general radiologic technology by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
• Current BLS certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Associate degree in radiology.
