Job Title: Strategic Account Manager - Pharmaceutical Partnership

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at eBlu Solutions LLC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying up-sell opportunities, and assisting in new customer sales efforts.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client industries and eBlu solutions to drive product/service adoption.
  • Collaborate with Sales for contract renewals and program requirements.
  • Identify up-sell opportunities and drive organic growth.
  • Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions with minimal disruption.
  • Communicate project status and timeline updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure accurate monthly invoices and reports according to SLA's.
  • Track account health metrics and manage account plans.
  • Present data-driven insights in business reviews.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

  • Skilled in implementation, project management, and process improvement.
  • Strong in data utilization for KPI monitoring and insights.
  • Detail-oriented, and organized, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven conflict resolution and negotiation ability.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, MS Word, Excel, and CRM software.
  • Able to communicate effectively with various audiences.
  • Willing to travel up to 25% and work outside normal business hours when necessary.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 4 years' experience in client management.
  • Experience with medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement support services.
