Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial HVAC Equipment Sales Executive to join our team at Texas AirSystems. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling commercial and industrial HVAC air distribution equipment and systems to owners, engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, accounts, and manufacturers to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet customer HVAC air distribution system design and installation requirements.
  • Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers to close sales and meet customer needs.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer business needs and speak their language to provide solutions.
  • Support and assist in the accounts receivable collection process.
  • Address customer operational and environmental objectives, needs, and requirements and sell solutions.
  • Communicate effectively with the sales team and inside sales support staff to ensure seamless collaboration and support.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing, or a related field, and 5+ years of account management and leadership experience. HVAC, Mechanical Contracting, Engineering, or Construction industry experience is a must. Excellent initiative, interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to influence others are essential. Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, are also required.
