Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional HVAC Service Sales Manager to join our team at GPAC. This is a unique opportunity to work with a well-respected company on a variety of commercial projects with a high potential for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and penetration of HVAC solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales and service professionals to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Provide solutions and designs to meet customer requirements, leveraging expertise in HVAC products, installation, and mechanical understanding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and business plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or service roles in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of HVAC products, installation, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
