- 1-2 years of relevant work experience, particularly in the legal sector.
- 6 months of experience in communication, mail handling, copying, faxing, and using Outlook.
- 3 months of customer service and reception experience.
- 12 months of experience operating copy machines in a production setting.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures.
- Basic electronics knowledge is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in utilizing hardware and software for document management and workflow processes.
Possession of a valid driver's license and appropriate auto insurance may be required. A professional appearance is expected, adhering to a business casual dress code.
