This role is ideal for retirees, teachers, or individuals looking for flexible work schedules. As a part-time customer service representative, you will be responsible for welcoming potential home buyers, discovering their needs, and providing model and community information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome potential home buyers into the model home.
  • Discover what the homebuyer is looking for in a new home by asking questions and taking notes.
  • Provide model and community information.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service to potential buyers and sales representatives.

Requirements:

  • Enjoy meeting people and providing excellent customer service.
  • Professional demeanor.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, and climb stairs, as necessary.
  • Reliable transportation is required.
