Key Responsibilities- Project Execution: Provide engineering and consulting services for a broad array of projects and clients, including performing and/or leading field investigations, engineering analysis, calculations, and recommendations.
- Design and Development: Design and develop plans and specifications, observe and inspect construction, and write, prepare, and review related reports.
- Proposal Development: Prepare proposals and cost estimates, track and evaluate project progress, budgets, and recommend changes.
- Problem-Solving: Research and resolve design and construction problems, and apply sound engineering principles to communicate complex engineering issues and concepts to technical and non-technical clients and project teams.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Professional Certifications: Engineer-in-Training (EIT) or Engineering Intern (EI) designation is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex engineering issues and concepts to technical and non-technical clients and project teams.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software and ability to perform basic calculations and engineering analysis.
