Key Responsibilities- Participate in a team defining, managing, and improving ITIL sub-processes, including Release and Deployment Management, Service Validation and Testing, Change Evaluation, Event Management, Strategic Assessment, Product Development, and Service Level Management.
- Assess internal and external factors, establish service objectives, align services with customer desired outcomes, and prioritize investments.
- Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) with service providers, review and report on achievement of service thresholds and objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize service improvement initiatives.
- Provide recommendations and deliverables in a thorough, practicable, and consistent manner congruent with the organization's objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and five years or more experience; Master's degree and three years or more experience; PhD and zero years related experience.
- ITIL v3 or 4 related certifications are a plus, but not required.
- Certified Program Management Professional (PMP) is a plus, but not required.
- Scaled Agile Framework for enterprise (SAFe) is a plus, but not required.
- Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with Poly.
