Tenica Global Solutions is seeking a skilled Risk Management Specialist to support the development and implementation of the Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management (RIOM) Process.

The ideal candidate will have experience in risk management, with a strong understanding of the RIOM process and its application in a government setting.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Updating and maintaining the RIOM Process
  • Coordinating with the enterprise to deliver the government Risk Profile
  • Supporting and advising activities, including forums at the enterprise level
  • Leading the implementation of modernized RIOM processes and methods into the interconnected and interoperable approach

This transformation includes providing and maintaining process, method, and policy updates, standards, guidance, visualization, and dashboard standardization and support, as well as training relevant to support the execution of this modernized RIOM approach.
