Our client, a leader in the utility sector, is looking for a dedicated Mail Operations Specialist to enhance their team. The successful candidate will possess strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational abilities, and outstanding customer service skills, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, process, and distribute various forms of mail, including inter-company correspondence and packages from third-party carriers.
  • Utilize mailing and printing center equipment, such as postage systems, folder and inserters, copiers, and bindery machinery.
  • Manage print and forms job requests through electronic, telephonic, or in-person methods, ensuring high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Assemble, bind, and package print jobs for client delivery while maintaining adequate inventory levels of print materials and supplies.
  • Effectively communicate using technical terminology relevant to the print industry with technicians and team members.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service.
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with a willingness to learn additional software.
  • Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs to a height of 5 ft and to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to remain on your feet for 6-7 hours daily.
