Final Assembly Manufacturing Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing the final assembly and dispatch of large power transformers. The successful candidate will lead a team of up to 70 direct and indirect reports, ensuring safety, quality, and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Define strategies and tactics to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.
- Lead production activities according to the Integrated Management System (IMS) and contribute to production planning processes.
- Perform risk assessments and ensure coherence with internal guidelines and external regulations.
- Design and propose short and midterm development plans for production areas.
- Define unit budgets, allocate resources, control costs, and support manufacturing capacity planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Electric, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing industries, with 5+ years in people management.
- Experience with electric or power transformers preferred.
- Six Sigma Certification and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of SAP and HANA Systems.
