Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our team at Tower Health. As a key member of our Facilities Management Department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, supervising a team of up to 20 individuals, and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of facilities staff, including administrative assistants, leads, and skilled tradespersons.
  • Assist the Facilities Management Department Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Develop and implement effective facilities management strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • FMP certification, CHC certification, CHSP, or CHSP preferred.
  • Relevant experience in facilities management, with a focus on union staff management.
  • Knowledge of Kronos and CMMS systems preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
