About This Role

This position is a crucial link between our brand partners and the Hyroad sales team, requiring a high-level communicator, analyst, and salesperson who can address market trends and adjust execution strategies to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the California cannabis retail landscape and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Act as a key driver within the organization, influencing and collaborating across all aspects of HYROAD.
  • Handle challenging conversations with brand partners regarding strategy, execution, and performance.
  • Communicate effectively through excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with assigned brand partners to ensure alignment and mutual success.
  • Develop and drive strong brand strategies, secure buy-in, and execute impactful projects for assigned brands.
  • Manage inventory and demand planning, sales projections, gap tracking, budget allocation, and achievement of revenue, distribution, and share goals.
  • Prepare and present brand strategies, execution plans, and performance reviews both internally and externally.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to drive sales-focused projects across the organization.
