We are seeking an experienced Sales Support Coordinator to join our team at Ultimate Staffing Services.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to a sales team of 15-20 representatives. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for extensive data and order entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.

You will monitor inbound emails and download bid documents for sales use, facilitating seamless communication and information exchange within the team.

One of your primary responsibilities will be to record and assign new business opportunities in Salesforce, providing critical insights into sales performance and growth.

What You'll Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A strong understanding of sales operations and processes is essential, as well as proficiency in using Salesforce to track sales performance and customer interactions.

As a highly organized and detail-oriented individual, you will maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring that the sales team has the necessary tools to drive success.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
