Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Escrow Operations Manager to lead our funding department in Orlando, FL. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the daily operations of the funding department, ensuring accurate and timely disbursement of funds in compliance with regulatory requirements and client standards.

About the Role

This is a critical leadership position that requires a strong background in the title and escrow industry. You will work closely with internal teams to implement best practices, optimize processes, and support the company's ongoing modernization and digitization efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the funding department, ensuring productivity, quality, and client standards are consistently met.
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations, fiduciary responsibilities, and contractual timelines.
  • Conduct quality control audits to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive productivity enhancements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including compliance and legal departments, to implement best practices and operational changes.
  • Provide leadership in the digitization and modernization of funding processes, bridging traditional methods with innovative technology solutions.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service levels, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external clients.
  • Develop and mentor team members, ensuring they are well-versed in industry-specific protocols and company policies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree and/or escrow license, preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the title and escrow industry.
  • Strong understanding of escrow laws and regulations across various jurisdictions, with a focus on fiduciary duties.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to manage and develop a team in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with proprietary escrow or title software systems.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and lead teams through periods of organizational restructuring and process innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Escrow license from another state, particularly in jurisdictions with stringent regulatory requirements.
  • Previous experience in managing digitization initiatives within a funding or escrow department.
  • Familiarity with ALTA best practices.
