This role is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to our mission. As a Sales and Recruitment Specialist, you'll be responsible for conducting sales conversations in English and Spanish, providing inbound and outbound outreach to warm prospects, and meeting daily and monthly customer contact goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, recruiting, or customer service, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. You'll need to be highly motivated, able to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
