We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Unreal Gigs. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders, and building strong relationships with top talent in the industry.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members. They will also be proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines and optimize the hiring process.

About the Role
  • Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruitment efforts, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and help build the workforce of the future.
Responsibilities:
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process for various roles, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to negotiating offers and onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing and Engagement: Proactively source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs, team dynamics, and long-term goals.
  • Employer Branding and Candidate Experience: Champion the company's employer brand by promoting its culture, values, and unique opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Pipeline Development and Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Recruitment Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and retention rates.
  • Diversity and Inclusion Initiatives: Support the company's diversity and inclusion initiatives by ensuring that recruitment efforts reflect a commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Requirements:
  • Talent Acquisition Expertise: Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Expertise in sourcing passive and active candidates through a variety of channels.
  • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and internal teams to understand their needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Communication and Relationship Building: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates, hiring managers, and team members.
