Requirements

  • Previous experience working with or within home health, assisted living communities, senior living communities, and skilled nursing facilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license, as this position involves up to 50% travel within the region.
