- Develop and maintain relationships with patients, families, and staff to promote a positive and supportive environment.
- Document and track patient interactions, concerns, and feedback to inform quality improvement initiatives.
- Participate in training and education programs to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience in healthcare or a related field.
- Medical terminology knowledge.
- Proficiency in Spanish or other languages.
