Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant Role

About the Job

**Job Summary:** As a Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant, you'll be responsible for implementing care plans, educating patients and their families, and communicating with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing care plans and communicating findings or changes to Physical Therapists and physicians
  • Educating patients and their families on basic home safety and medical equipment safety

Requirements:

  • Associate degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role
  • Must be a licensed driver who can travel to all business locations

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $90k-$110k, based on years of experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and more.
