Physical Therapist Senior Leader

About the Role:
Kaiser Permanente seeks a highly skilled Physical Therapist Senior to join our team in Diablo, California.
As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will provide independent physical therapy management of patients under the direction of our Rehabilitation Services Director or designee.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy and be licensed as a Physical Therapist in California. They should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy services in specialized patient care clinics
- Develop, implement, and review departmental patient care programs
- Initiate discharge planning for physical therapy
- Discharge patients from physical therapy when maximum benefit has been received
- Participate in educational and clinical research activities in physical therapy
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
