Compassionate Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Home Health Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team at AccentCare.
About the Role:
- Implement care plans and communicate findings or changes to patients back to the Physical Therapist and physician.
- Educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety.
Requirements:
- Associates degree from an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
- Valid license, registration, or permit to practice in state of agency operation.
- Valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
- Licensed driver who can travel to all business locations.

Compensation: We offer an estimated annual salary range of $90,000 - $110,000, paid on a per-visit basis. This position is a great opportunity to earn a competitive income while making a positive impact on people's lives.
