Job OverviewThis is an exceptional opportunity for a talented Physical Therapist to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our Rehabilitation Services team.
About the Role- Responsible for evaluating patients and developing comprehensive treatment plans to address physical therapy needs.
- Provides expert physical therapy management, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
- Liaises with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to promote optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluates patients to determine the nature and extent of physical dysfunction, establishing clear treatment goals and objectives.
- Develops and implements individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based practices and best available resources.
- Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care, ensuring a cohesive and effective treatment approach.
- Maintains accurate and detailed records of patient progress, providing timely and relevant updates to stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Possesses a graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with current licensure and certification as required by law.
- Demonstrated expertise in physical therapy principles and practices, with a commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners.
Estimated Salary: $105,000 - $125,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
