About the Role
Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Diablo, California. As a key member of our rehabilitation services department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address physical therapy needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective discharge planning.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on maintaining optimal health and preventing future injuries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Requirements:
• Graduate degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Physical Therapist License (California) and National Provider Identifier.
• Basic Life Support certification required at hire.
• Ability to work effectively in a Labor/Management Partnership environment.

Compensation:
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Kaiser Permanente conducts regular compensation reviews and reserves the right to reevaluate and modify job descriptions or salary ranges as needed.
