Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Design and implement management systems and procedures to optimize program operations.
  • Perform work simplifications and measurement studies to increase efficiency.
  • Prepare operations and procedures manuals to support management decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain administrative reporting systems to provide management with critical information.
  • Assist with the development of new or revised management systems or procedures to meet changing business needs.
  • Provide administrative and financial analysis to support business decisions.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform management decisions.
  • Prepare various reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
  • Provide day-to-day support in diverse program activities and projects.

Requirements:
  • Associate's degree preferred and five (5) years relevant experience.
  • Excellent command of the English language and excellent writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Ability to maintain professional competence and specialized knowledge base.
  • Basic knowledge of and skill in applying analytical and evaluative techniques.
  • Knowledge of substantive programs, goals, pertinent laws, and policies.

Security Clearance:
  • Possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must be able to maintain required Security Clearance/access approvals.

Work Environment:
