At Paul Brown's, we emphasize integrity and transparency, offering upfront market pricing on our inventory, which simplifies the buying process for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and Drive Performance: Develop strategic plans to achieve team objectives, analyze reports to identify new opportunities, and understand profit margins and targets.
  • Recruit and Develop Talent: Continuously attract, hire, and train sales personnel. Set sales targets and assess team performance while collaborating with senior management on departmental strategies.
  • Enhance Customer Experience: Collaborate with the sales team to set new goals and identify solutions to meet customer needs. Address any issues that may impact sales operations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and coaching skills.
  • Strong understanding of team development.
  • Ability to make informed business decisions.
  • Knowledge of emotional intelligence and its role in team and customer relations.
  • Demonstrated excellence in customer service, evidenced by feedback and ratings.
  • Minimum of three years in direct sales.
  • At least two years of management experience with a successful track record.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
