Revenue Integrity Manager Job Description

At Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, we are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Integrity Manager to join our team. This role is a subject matter expert in a high-profile group focused on improving revenue results by analyzing clinical and financial processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the MSKCC Chargemaster and Clinical Liaison teams.
  • Support clinical departments in setting up CDM workflows for new revenue initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to charge reconciliation processes.
  • Develop relationships with various committees and groups to ensure continuity in processes that increase revenue capture.
  • Act as a liaison to bridge any communication gaps and foster collaboration among departments.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of hospital revenue experience.
  • Advanced experience with Excel and Epic is a plus.

Core Skills:

  • Outstanding relationship-building skills with demonstrated capability of managing stakeholder expectations and fostering and building new relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to review, analyze and interpret payor payment policies, billing guidelines, and state and federal regulations.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to navigate evolving business needs.
  • Superb communication skills.

Work Environment:

This role is a hybrid position, with flexibility to work across MSK sites. The work schedule is 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday.
